These terms apply to quotations, orders, delivery and installation by Royal Silence Curtain FZ LLC ("Royal Silence"). By confirming an order you accept them.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 14 days and are based on our own site measurement. Estimates given from customer-supplied measurements are indicative until we measure.
An order is confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit. Because every item is made to measure, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started.
The balance is due on or before installation.

Lead times

Typical manufacturing time is 7–10 working days from order confirmation and fabric availability. Motorized and large projects may take longer; we confirm a date in writing. Delays caused by fabric supply, site readiness or client changes extend the date accordingly.

Site readiness

Windows, walls and ceilings must be finished and clear for installation. Where electrical points are required for wired motors, the client arranges them to our specification before the installation date.

Warranty

2-year warranty on all curtains and blinds we manufacture and install, covering fabric, stitching, tracks, mechanisms and fitting under normal domestic or office use.
10-year warranty on Somfy motors, as provided by Somfy and administered by us.
Not covered: damage from misuse, alterations, water, pests, incorrect cleaning, or natural variation in fabric and timber. Fabric fading from direct sun is reduced but not eliminated by our materials.

Fabric and colour

Small variations between samples and delivered fabric, and between batches, are normal. Timber is a natural product and grain varies.

Liability

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
