- Details you send us: name, phone number, email, area, window sizes, photos and messages, via WhatsApp, phone, email or the forms on this site.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and analytics tools.
- Cookies used for basic site function and analytics (see below).
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries, arrange measurement visits, prepare quotations and deliver and install your order.
- To keep records of warranties and after-sales service.
- To improve the website and, if you agree, to send occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.
Most enquiries reach us through WhatsApp. Messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy. We keep conversations only as long as needed to serve you and honour warranties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with people who help us deliver the service — our installation team, fabric and motor suppliers where needed for warranty, our hosting and IT providers, and our advertising platforms (Meta, Google) in aggregated or hashed form for measurement.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years and order and warranty records for the warranty period plus 2 years. Data is stored on secured servers within our hosting provider's infrastructure.
